Many were shocked to learn that rapper Kanye West's biggest fan — mother Donda West — died after receiving a tummy tuck and breast-reduction surgery. Celebrity-gossip site TMZ reported that Dr. Jan Adams told it he had performed the procedures. But he maintained he did nothing wrong and her death could have been caused by a heart attack or an embolism.
